The Assistant Pastor for Men’s Discipleship and City Groups provides for the discipleship, connection, and care of the men of CCC and leadership for Christ Community Church (CCC) city groups. This role is vital to the values of CCC as we aim to ensure that all the men of CCC have opportunities to grow in the gospel, bless the city, and pursue kingdom community and that city groups serve as the everyday church and another front door to the church. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to the responsibility to:

1. Offer discipleship to men of CCC via individual Biblical discipleship and creating systems of spiritual growth.
2. Oversee CCC men’s ministry in a way that encourages connection and deepens relationships among men of CCC.
3. Oversee CCC city groups in order to ensure that city groups serve as the everyday church and another front door to the church:
4. Provide pastoral leadership to the body of CCC, including preaching 4-8 times/year, teaching in other settings, coordinating pastoral care with Senior Pastor, and speaking into overall direction and strategy of church.
