What is LDR?

2021 LDR Weekend Theme:

The term “black excellence” seeks to celebrate the exceptional achievements of African Americans despite adversity. Black excellence acknowledges and encompasses the dignity, beauty, and value of African Americans, but how do we exemplify Black excellence biblically? Without a biblical lens, Black excellence is at best incomplete and misguided. So, how might a kingdom-minded approach to this concept transform how we engage racial, social, cultural, and political conflict?
Join us at LDR Weekend 2021 as we celebrate and critically engage the history and implications of Black excellence through rich fellowship, vibrant worship, and dynamic teaching. Our hope is that you’ll gain a renewed mind and spirit that equips you with an arsenal of weapons engineered and authorized by our King.

Testimonials

Having attended the conference for the first time, I know it will not be my last. I am already talking it up for next year and will be inviting others to join me!

This conference was an absolute blessing! My family will be back!!

Always refreshing and feeds my soul.

The pre-teen/teen track was incredible! Our children were moved by what they learned and I can see the message working in their hearts and minds.

Powerful in terms of content - but also gave practical & useful action items. I wanted to go to all of the seminars!

All the plenary speakers were exceptionally passionate, knowledgeable, motivated and anointed.
